I cant decide what to play or if to play.
Been watching some EQ Legends videos and thought that would be fun to test, but i think you would get bored fast when its to easy.
So, then play on Frostreaver?
I dont have any active accounts atm, I can fix that, but how many?
Maybe just start with 3, and if i get hooked I can add more later, but if i do that, I need classes that can powerlevel my added characters later.
But I also want to think ahead and dot make any useless characters that I want to replace later. DS and heal is nice to PL later. Druid isnt that good healer, so then its Mage.
But we need heals, Shaman? but we have Beastlord now and they will get ok slow later, then it might be better with a Cleric?
But if we have Mage and Cleric and Beastlord we lack CC, slow, some mana regen and not the best haste. It is HARD to got it all with only 3 characters!!
Maybe better to add a 4th....

I'd consider how long you want to play. If you're just playing until EQL drops, then you'll want a druid or wiz in your party to capitalize on the resource hunting bonuses that reset daily.

I thought I was gonna play 3, then decided 6... because, why not since we've got all these tools in our advantage.

If you want just three, here's a few three-boxes I've found to be staggeringly good:

Beastlord/Cleric/Necromancer: With Sha's Lethargy at 50 you have a a good 30% slow, and Sha's Advantage at 60 is 50%. Beastlord is a surprisingly good tank between pet and themselves with Block and good Avoidance, but their tankiness will never match up to a Monk, much less an actual tank class - still, shockingly beefy once geared. Cleric of course has the big dick heals and HP buffs, and Necro brings a lot of DOT damage and a second pet, plus utility in Snares and emergency 93% rezzes if the Cleric goes down.

Enchanter/Cleric/Magician: Charm pets are great tanks, Clerics bring the CH for them, and Mages have the big bad pets. Utility is almost entirely lacking, though, and you're basically useless in any zone you can't charm in, though I've three-boxed a good number of hard targets with it. This was my preferred 3-box for TAKP, and it goes hard, but you've gotta be aware of the limitations.

Shadow Knight/Shaman/Bard: A good mix between utility and power, Shammy brings the dots and the buffs, Bard brings the CC (though requiring more active play than an Enchanter), and SK is a solid tank overall. It's a little lacking in DPS, and would require Shammy to be played as a more active character to slow, heal and dot, but it's not too taxing.

In any case all of these are all better with a 4th, and a Magician or Bard fills in the 4th slot nicely for all of them.

from experience legends aint exactly easy. You can change difficulties of any zone.
