So obviously you will want your tank(s) on gold

Question is, what class benefits the most from 1000aa vs 250aa other than War/Shd/Pal ?

Melee DPS > Bard > Enc >Caster DPS > Shm/Dru/Clr ?

Spend a krono, max out the AA:s and let it rest forever silver after it.

Melee DPS without prestige weapons kinda suck imo, while casters don't suck as much without prestige gear. It's a tough call overall, as it's really gear vs AA:s in the end.

Melee DPS can get TBM group weapons (which are non-prestige) and DPS just fine with it. In fact, the best group 2-hander in the game at the moment is a TBM tier 1 weapon (Kiss of <something> or <something> of Kiss) from one of the HA missions. When fully augged, it's better than all the TBM tier 2 2-handers. Please note that the prestige TDS ultra-rare 2 hander is still the best available for a group player, but they're super rare (obviously). Having ultra-rare chase items from CoTF / TDS or a bunch of augs from expansions other than TBM are currently the only reasons to keep a non-tank gold, in my opinion.

EoK may change this outlook, but I haven't had a chance to look at the group gear to see if its all prestige (in particular, the augs and weapons).

I had a friend on FV link some tier 1 equipment from beta, from what I can tell we'll be seeing weapons close to 140-150 damage/20 delay as non-prestige and 4k+ HP on the non-prestige gear overall. It's gonna be a lot of farming going on..

Kiss of assisting. It's a weapon that beats up mobs for you. It apparently has this really auto feature to it called auto attack. Players are already complaining and want anyone who uses it banned.

So basically everyone is saying it does not matter between 250aa vs 1000aa, just put whatever you have that are non-tanks on the silvers?

I will probably do the auto-grant thing but maybe not on all, was hoping to find a class I use that does benefit from the 1000aa more than others.
Will use my silver accounts for next CLR/DRU/BRD/ENC I make I guess

My groups usually look like this

• CLR (always)
• BRD or ENC (always)
• WIZ or DRU (always)
• SHD or PAL or WAR
• MAG or WIZ or NEC (fillers)

I have been avoiding melee dps till I have more wealth, it is tough to buy spells past 50 for all my toons when starting with nothing =)

At some point you're not going to be able to continue without getting them all auto granted their AAs at least once. I am currently doing a free to play group myself right now because I am kind of curious what point that is. I have made it to 68 without doing auto grant on anyone, I am thinking of moving to WoS/a field like OoW zone soonish but I am undecided.

I would assume the second you get to HoT and beyond though, you're going to have to gold the tank for auto grant (at least) and then probably around level 95 you're going to be too gimpy to do much of anything with the rest of the group free to play.

auto grant your Healer, then your CC first then your INT caster DPS (their burns are essential)
