GM check please

I really need a GM check something awfull. If i see a gm ever i get all worried im being watched. Were can i find this please guys? Any help would be great. I dont want to use mq2 without this. One less mq2 user cought and 1 less chance they nerf something ya know?

/sigh, i found the code just not sure what to do with it. Copy and save as 1) an ini file and 2) as an dll file? Again sorry for the ignorance.
