Problem - Game crashing when logging in and off

For a few weeks now when i load RG then load a profile that i made a year or so ago and its worked fine until now.
I get....

Sometimes all i have to do is hit Retry and it comtinues just fine. other times i have to start all over again.
This also happens when logging out.

Nahimic is a No No

how do i remove it. think its under windows feature or something like that?

you'll have to check your mobo software - nahimic is software that either a: comes with your computer or b: you install afterwards.

the launcher actually gives you a popup that says that nahimic is known to cause issues

I haven't gotten that message when opening the launch in a long time. So i thought it worked itself out. I guess not...sadface
