Some suggestions are here: https://www.redguides.com/community/threads/forward.8363/

Something like this may work, I did it years ago.

Code:
#Event ReceivedTell      "#1#tells you#2#"

Sub Main

:start

/doevents

/delay 10s

/goto :start

/return

Sub Event_ReceivedTell(string Line, string FromName, string Message)
    /beep
    /echo ${FromName}  ${Message}

      /t jacknuts ${FromName} says ${Message}

/return

It's almost expected that you'll be using MQ2EQBC when boxing. If you aren't I recommend looking into it.

If using eqbc
  • /bccmd toggle tellwatch
Toggle relay of tells received to /bc

Use the above command to have all characters display their tells to the bc chat. This way you can see your tells from any box on any character.

If you've got the window space to spare I also suggest
  • /bccmd toggle window
Toggle the dedicated EQBC window

Which gives you a dedicated chat box for all EQBC stuff, that way it's separated from any spam you get in the MQ2ChatWnd
