Problem - For 105 War, Dichotomic Shield, and Pain Doesn't Hurt abils not working.

Hello all, I was hoping someone would be able to assist me with the problems in the title, and maybe another bonus issue. Basically, I have a 105 War, and he works pretty darn well for the most part.... But when names come along, he doesn't shine as well as he could. Basically he won't survive a named mob of his level without 2 healers, or me watching because the bot can't properly activate his two huge shield abilities. (And sometimes not even his Last Stand Discipline.)

I would like Dichotomic Shield (rank 1) and Pain Doesn't Hurt to be activated properly essentially when his HP reaches less than 35%, or a named is pulled. I've tried some holy's, however they never seem to activate. I know these two skills/abilities are somewhat unique abilities and difficult to make work, but this has been beyond annoying.

Below is the holy code I tried to get them to work, but they never seem to. I'm also using Kissassist 9 at this moment:

There is is, it would be nice to be able to get those working. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be more than happy to entertain them.

Additionally, the bonus would be, surefire holy code (or other ka9 magic) that allows Last Stand Discipline to be used if a named engages him, because as of right now, I have to still wait for all discs to fall off (or click them off) to be able to activate it. It would be nice for camping names non-interactively if he could simply do this on his own. (In conjunction with the other 2 abilities as well!)

I'm not quite ready to post my full INI as I'm still testing specific parts and tweaking it for my purposes. Always a work in progress I know.

You will note I'm not using any Dicho due to Cost. It's damn expensive. Beefy enough war not needing extra protection beyond the tools I have already. Were I going against a current raid target I would use it, sure, but not against grp named.
