Problem - Finishing quests

If MQ is loaded, when I hail the reward giver, nothing happens. I have to camp, unload MQ and reload EQ to turn them in. After I turn the quest in, I can reload MQ and continue. Anybody else experiencing this behaviour?

I wish I could explain the issue, but despite having reviewed the source code for this plugin for the portions we have source to access, I cannot for the life of me find the issue.
The plugin dsurface.dll which is used by mq2radar we do not have the source for so I am unable to see what is in it, however we are aware of this issue, and that it exists.
