We pulled him yesterday and wiped pretty much, was 4 of us, Well when he started to hit my enchanter i realized my proc mezz landed on him Lol... So im not sure how usefull this is to some, but you could easily Stasis feratha or just Bewilderment him, run away his adds and have a tank or w/e pull him out ... Gluck.

Also, I only have a shaman to test this with, but when i have OOC regen, i cast a buff on my tank who has a 5min ooc timer still, If i Sit down right as the buff lands, i dont get his Timer...Anyone else want to test this?

What plugin is used for the blocked buffs?

It's an EQ command. No plugin required.

not a plugin, it's an ability released with PoR. If you don't have PoR theres a plugin that unlocks it though, we'll see if it's in the next Official Red Compile.

Question about the blocked buff trick. I haven't encountered Feratha yet but, on Allakhazam, it says that Feratha Tentacle is the shadowstep/stun. Feratha aura is the slow/snare/dot. So, how does blocking feratha tentacle help?

Ok i'm not a big raider but I can guess how this helps out a TON.. They way we killed Feratha was on the stairs leading up from her room to the exit. Tanks fought her on the stairs and clerics hide behind wall, thus they don't get aura effects. I tested this out by not /block my shaman. Well it was a tuff fight for him since his ass keept shadowstepping from behind the wall and kept getting the aura. Then clerics and other casters were fine.. ALSO key note you can time the aura per cast.. so wizzy can run out NUKE run back behind wall no aura its timed perfect for most any spell under 6 sec cast time.

you take her aoe shadowstep and stun out of the game you got a big ole teddybear with alot of hps and some good dps but very killable its everyone geting ported all over the place stuned for 3 seconds that hurts. somone allways gets adds usaly from he bottom of the stairs or doesnt get back in time to get a heal off feratha does good dps a good flurry can drop an adverage tank
