Problem - Failed message..

Someone please help.. I'm /mac kissassist and I get this message at the end..
Failed to parse /if condition '((FALSE || 790 != 790) && Off && 0)', non-numeric encountered
I have tried /mac remove_alias and switching my version to 0 and restarted my computer.. That did not work either. I'm using the INI from the compiled list.. Below is the INI.. Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?
