First, you need to be a member of one of the Wholesaler unions. Such as, Charter of the Truthbringer.

In each of these tradeskill instances, there is an NPC who sits at a little counter (usually across from the broker) and he will give out a harvesting quest. Depending upon your current artisian skill, will depend on what tier you need to harvest from.

You can buy these items from the broker as cheaply as possible, and turn RIGHT AROUND hand them in for the quest.

Crafting levels 1-9 are Tier 1 and you receive 3sp
Buying anything over 20cp for this quest, is a bad idea.

Crafting levels 10-19 are Tier 2 and you receive 12sp
Buying anything over 80cp for this quest, is a bad idea.

Crafting levels 20-29 are Tier 3: 48sp
Buying anything over 3sp 2cp for this quest, is a bad idea.
