IRL - Exp on death

This was after I summoned my corpse in guildlobby.. normal exp would be 96% anyone else see seeing this?

It is showing the amount of XP relative to your level. You are getting back 96% of the XP lost by dying. So when you died, you lost 11.488% and you got back 11.028%
