Problem - Error when I load my characters

Everytime I try and load a toon with MQ2 under the profiles I get this error what can I do about this Ive emailed @eqmule but havent heard back

Have you made sure you are running directx 9c i think it is now?

So it seems it only does it when I launch them in fullscreen
