Problem - error message for update today

Sorry it looks like there was an issue:

please report to managment.

No clue what this is but i get it when i try to update macroquest-live or macroquest- test. Any ideas on what i need to do? Please and thank you.

Yes i am, i have the launcher open and trying to updated the program and when i hit the red update button i get a pop up with the text:

also, when i try to update the patcher from the redguides site to repair the launcher it says i dont have authority.

Try a different browser, and or clear cache on current browser. sounds like a authentication error.

tried a different browser and cleared the cache but still same issue. Never had this happen before so not sure what has happened on my end.

Now, i can go into the directory and open MacroQuest.exe and start the program and log my toons in but i cannot update the the program from the launcher.

I would double check antivirus exclusions. Do you get the UAC prompt when running the launcher?

nope, just the run as administrator message when i open the launcher. Goes fine until it tries to download the update. not blocked by firewall or antivirus that i can find.

AV doesn't necessarily block these things and make a record of it, It could also be deleting / corrupting files. AV is very passive these days when it comes to user notification.

Well, lets just hope it sorts itself out, lol. Will figure it out eventually.
