Problem - Error after download 12242017

After downloading the new update of MQ2 I get the following error on all *.dll when I attempt to load a character:

I get the same thing, I knew I shouldn't have updated 8(

Have tried both with the updater and with the zip package same thing. Finally, I put the new package in it's own folder and it still produces the same error.

I was lucky and had previous version from 12/14 I could restore and that seemed to load ok

New compiles have been uploaded
