EQBCS2 port will not open

Yes sir, start up your launcher and type in C:\mq2\release into your Macroquest2 directory window, then click reinstall button in the upper right, then launch mq2 button from here on out to start mq2. The issue is your eqgame.exe is in the wrong place somehow. What I said is the easiest fix. You can clean up the old stuff later.

Are you starting MQ2 from the launch button? Also, make sure you dont have the MQ2 icon still up on your tray before launching from the launch button. Click off the launch eqbs button..can add that after you figure out the directory issues.

your eqbcs2.exe appears to have loaded perfectly from your screenshot. Have you ever used EQBCS before? Watch video #3 in this series to learn how to connect:

Should I be using EQBCS.exe, EQBCS2.exe or EQBCS-eqmule.exe? Reason for asking is Im experiencing some lag while running KISS, not game related but macro related, like characters pausing random times to run back to camp or buffing and casting or even reaction times when mobs are in camp.

I have *never* seen EQBCS or EQBCS2 look like that. The pictures you've posted where you said it isn't loading is actually what EQBCS is supposed to look like. The window pops up, will say that it's "waiting for connections on port: 2112" and it will sit there until you log into the game and connect with one of your toons. That means it's up and running perfectly.

Have you tried connecting to EQBC with /bccmd connect xxx.xxx.x.xxx once you are in game?

Make sure you run ipconfig on the host machine to know which one to connect to.

Yeah, looks like it loads just fine.

Step 2:
You need the plugin loaded in game
/plugin mq2eqbc load

Step 3:
/bccmd connect xxx.xxx.x.x (your local or public ip)
or
/bccmd connect localhost (should work if game is on the same computer)
