Hello

I have a problem using eqbcs to order my character to turn chase assist off. Ive got it working for chase on and other commands but this command just refuses to work for me

/bca //chaseoff

Ive also tried

/bca //chaseon 0

Neither work for some reason :(

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Random questions that come to my mind:
Do your characters acutaly connect, appear as connected in the eqbcs window ? Is the kissassist macro running ? Did you upgrade from a previous version of kissassist ? If so, did you follow the instructions on how to upgrade in https://www.redguides.com/forums/threads/53147-KissAssist-9-2-4-Released-4-30-2017 to the letter ? Especialy the part about running Remove_Aliases.mac and setting version=0 in your kissini file.

They are all connected and I've never used any version of kiss but 9.2.4 - as I mentioned every other command works fine except chaseoff eg activating burn sit attack etc I just dont get it :( works fine for my boyfriend, just not me I run all the characters except his though so its not really an option having him do it :p - we are both using the same exact command to do it too.

Ah thanks I'll try it when I log on next.

Strange part is as suggested earlier I tried doing /chaseon 0 and chaseoff and it did not turn off chase assist. Also had the bf compare his kiss ini with mine and he didn't notice any difference :confused: I'm cursed is the only logical answer :p

Edit : No, I've never used any auto macros.

The problem is most likely an alias issue. If you go to your MQ2 directory and edit the MacroQuest.ini file and look for the [Aliases] section and find the chase Aliases. They should look like this:

Turns out I didn't have this at all. I added your lines of code to the macroquest ini and it now works perfectly.

Go to your ini file and change KissAssistVer=9.2.4 To
KissAssistVer=0 and reload. This should reload all of your aliases. EQBC=1 just makes each toon call out actions in the box window and is not mandatory for them to connect.
 
Yea do what Cannonballdex suggested. If you were missing those 3, then you are missing a bunch of aliases.
