Problem - Enchanter Useless

I'm not sure about buffs or mez, but I don't think you need all these extra mob health percent numbers in the DPS entries:

You should be able to just put the % you want to start each item, and then use DPSOn=2 and KA will work it's way down the list and recast any that are available:

I also set Tash to cast once per mob and removed Banestrike (innate now.) I took the mod rod out too. Any |mana entries from Buffs will also cast during DPS phase. So it will cast if you're below 85% mana but have at least 45% heath.

There was a bug on the initial release of mq2 where ${Me.SpellInCooldown} was busted, and it caused toons not to cast any spells because the macro thought they were in spell cooldown. Make sure you update MQ2 real quick and then try again. The suggestions by @eqtrader74 are all also correct. All the extra values you're providing aren't nessesary. Ok -- this enchanter started working when I dismounted the mount. Enchanter started working.

2 days later, the wizard is now saying it is casting a spell in the MQ window, and targetting the proper mob, but doing NOTHING. I dismounted, and no change.

Any ideas ?

I would change the HP %'s associated with Pyromancy. I have not seen usage with multiple HP values shown like is there. It may work I just haven't seen it used. I would also remove the Rk.## from your entries. KA will cast the RK you have.

DPSon=1 is looking to cast the spell with the HP% tag below the mob current health (ish). That, in combination with DPSSize=5 means that if the mob hits 90% before the wiz recognizes the need to assist, there are no spells (i think) that are marked to be flagged to be cast under 90% health.
