I am trying to figure out how to get my enchanter to slow the mob since I recently replaced my shammy with a rogue for more dps I tried to find where to put it thought there was a debuff section but I even looked on nother ini for an enchanter and I didn't see it any where any help would be awesome I posted my INI below:
