All EverQuest Live Servers (except Al'Kabor) will be coming down on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 4:00 am PDT (PDT is -7 GMT: 5:00 am MDT, 6:00 am CDT, 7:00 am EDT, 11:00 am GMT, 12:00 pm CET) for an Emergency Game Update. The servers are estimated to be unavailable for 3 hours.

I swear, they need a server to test their patches on that's actually set to a live server (although not playable) just to see if there's problems with their patches... Wouldn't be too hard for QA to test the changes.

Yah its not like they don't have the servers ... they powered down about half of them when they consolidated ..... fired up the old Terris Thule server and see if it worked.
