Question - Dranik Scar instances

Do the instances in Dranik's Scar no longer respawn? I have always like these zones in the late 50s - 65 range since they are instanced and generally away from the busy areas. However running my team there last night I ran out of mobs and nothing respawned at all. Was this changed? Or just I run into a "bad instance"

Yes, the post above did mess up the DS instances. And as an added bonus, with this change, the rares no longer spawn which makes the DS instance hunter achievements unobtainable.

They have a "confirmed" bug report on it but the status per dev comment is "I have no ETA on a solution, but I can confirm that there is likely an issue."

and that was on sept 12. Nothing since.
