Question - DPS dummy outside of GH

Is there a DPS dummy outside of GH? I remember back years ago going to the gnome
in Steamfont Mountains. Just so your timers will run their course and buffs dont last forever, or
can you adjust it so its more realistic in GH?

If i rememer well, in the arena have been npc’s which you could talk to, to spawn combat dummys.
Don’t know, if they are still there.
