I used this spot as a transition between Dragon Scale Hills and Loping Plains. Mostly 2 pulls, every once and a while you *might* get a 3 if things don't go your way. Camp on the SW side of the map in the blue circle. I ignore all the griffons to the east and just focus on carrionmancers + golems. A couple of nameds pop here as well, they are level ~75 but are not too tough. You'll get quite a few spells and other vendorable items. Make sure to ignore the no-trade quest items. Pretty rare to see other players here as it is quite a ways out if you don't have a druid to port here.

The blue circle is a safe spot to pull to. You can move a little bit south east along the cliff to get a few more pulls out of the camp but it's a little less safe. I have my pull radius set to 600 with the mobs to ignore below and it grabs everything directly in front of the blue circle without going elsewhere.

Blightfire Moors -> Goru'kar Mesa -> Sunderrock Springs -> Direwind Cliffs

MobsToIgnore=a carrion pile,a nesting griffon,a diseased griffon,a mountain griffon,a nested griffon

i think the spot directly north where it says Ruined Druid Ring is better. Mobs are like 2 levels higher so exp better. Just did 71-75 there in no time at all.

Found this thread after almost 4 years. This exactly what the doctor ordered for me. FYI. Use InvU once you go past the ooze and griffons near the zone line.

Be well. Happy gaming.

Well I headed to Direwind Cliffs to try this spot out for my group. When I zoned into Direwind Cliffs from Sunderock Springs, I looked at the map. I see lots of mobs to pull from once at the camp, but how on earth do you get to that camp spot? When I invised my group, the golems saw through it. I've never been to this zone before, so I don't understand the mechanics of it. If I stay on the very southern edge of the zone and work my way around to that spot, will I avoid the see invisible mobs? I just don't understand how to get to the camp. Thanks in advance for the help.
