It's like looking forward to thanksgiving turkey and finding out it's chock full of maggots and the store won't take it back.

I had a copy of BF2142 last Saturday for a LAN party. Even if it's full of spyware, that game gives me a hardon.

Even though all its doing it getting your ip so it can give you the right ads for your country. Im still not buying it, First it will start small.

Every online game gives your IP otherwise you wouldnt be able to send packets back and forth. You cant skip it.

AFAIK this game does more than that. It logs what pages you view with your browser and send the info to EA.
