Question - Did the latest update fix server transfers???

Looking to do some transfers but wanted to know what the situation was?
Anyone have any feedback on recent server transfers?

I did server to server recently and had to initiate the transfer about 15 times before it finally took. It seems to be fairly touch and go. I did a few others previously with no problem.

It's working again (at least was before the latest patch).
