Request - delete stuff?

Indeed, very scary. Ninjadvloot already has occasional issues with finditem, I doubt very much there every be a /deletestuff function in ninjadvloot.

I remember before the adv loot system that was in EQ.. the loot loot file had a delete part of it... but I think it got broken with the new loot system in EQ

hmm, yes, there is a function to delete unwanted loot before its in your inventory. There is not a function that will search your existing inventory and delete stuff, similar to /sellstuff and /depositstuff .

Just use the =destroy tag in your loot.ini file. So far it's been working great for me.

A very brief glance at the posts... it appears he made changes to an older version of ninjaloot. It may or may not work anymore. If I get really bored this weekend I'll look into a stand alone macro to clear inventory using the loot.ini file.

A thought, /Mac clean bags. Macro runs and generates another ini file with items it will destroy. Gives you the option to check the ini file to make sure your super bad ass Bp of vengeful isn't going to be destroyed. If your ballsy and don't care you can issue /Mac cleanbags confirm???

Bad idea?

I've been finding this week that mq2advloot is failing to delete items, especially when I'm mass pulling. ;-) Unfortunately, that means my bags fill up in just a couple hours with vendor trash. I'll check out some of these other suggestions. Thanks.

Couple questions.
1. Are you solo or in a group?
2. Could you check to see if in your advance looting settings it is checked to loot all?
3. Does it destroy some of the items marked destroy or all of them?

I am on vacation the next 10 days, so it is doubtful I'll have time to get it fixed before then, but any information is helpful.

No, my advloot settings do not have a checkmark on auto loot all.

I can't say if it was loot-specific, but it was marking a significant number of items as loot instead of destroy. Some items were also being destroyed.

this would be awesome and also prevent the "pile of death" the ADV Loot leaves behind with unwanted items....
