Is the extended target window required for Debuffall to work properly? Does the debuffall functionality work on progression servers that do not have the extended target window available yet?
I have had the same issue with a shaman and an enchanter trying to use the debuffall command. For the shaman, I want him to slow all the mobs in camp and for the enchanter, I want him to tash all the mobs in camp. When I pull a single mob with debuffall enabled, neither of them cast anything until just before the mob is dead (like 25% is when they start casting). Both have DPS1=SpellName|98. When I disable debuffall, they start casting as soon as the mob is in camp. When 2 mobs are pulled with debuffall enabled, it continues to be very slow on the first, but quicker on the second.
Thanks!
