Question - debuff limit?

hey guys i am just wondering if anyone knows the number amount of maximum debuffs allowed on a normal mob, a named and more specifically a raid target? are they different? the same? if so what is the amount allowed to max out the debuffs on said mob?

It's 75 slots. It is the same across all mobs.

in the targetwindow.xml there is 85 debuff/buffslots showing for a target.
