The Year of Darkpaw is well underway, and we are so excited to announce that we will be at PAX East in Boston, MA, on March 21 and 22, 2024! Come see us, as we will be bearing gifts for those of you who choose to venture out into the world and find us there!
We will have a panel titled “Behind the Scenes: 28 years of EverQuest® Development” from the game team in the Condor Theater on Thursday, March 21st from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST. If you don't have tickets for PAX East, you'll still be able to meet up with us at Harpoon Brewery that evening from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST for some extra together time with those who wish to join us!
We look forward to seeing the most adventurous of our travelers there! Keep your eyes peeled for more information!

Launched in 1999, we’re celebrating EverQuest®’s 25th anniversary this year! Join us as we celebrate the Year of Darkpaw and share stories from behind the scenes of the past 28 years of working on EverQuest®. It’s definitely hardcore to try to cover 28 years in a single panel, so instead we’ll serve up a potpourri of some of the lesser and well-known stories of what it was like in the beginning, at launch, thirty expansions, and what we’re working on now.

Thursday and Fri are $67 each day all day pass.

I think Pax East is a pretty big thing. IIRC it was started years ago by the Penny Arcade guys to get a Comic-Con like event on the east coast.

I am planning on attending, Never been to PAX and im sure it will have things other then EQ im interested in, but I super stoked they are doing public events again, and I want to be part of the body count if they are measuring interest in doing a public event again.

not huge in the comics and or video game scene, however my wife and daughters are into it, and have wanted to go to it for years, so I think its a pretty big deal. (1900 miles from us.. short jaunt..)

Im going from the far side of Ohio, so I understand the Jaunt lol. Considering a 20 hour train ride, 12 hour drive, or 2 hour flight.

Back under SOE they used to come to Dragon Con every year. They would host a Cosplay party themed from one of the games and have panels.
