My apologies if it has already been said. What is the best way to set all of your toons /<mq2name> mode manual ? So the plugin command is /enc mode manual for my chanter, How would I do this for all of my toons so that they set to manual or vorpal or whatever I need them to with a macro button?

Thanks in advance!

did you look at the Getting Started with the CWTN Plugins stickied post?

has a link to my hotkeys resource with the ability to do what you're asking

I would suggest setting up the aliases mentioned in the hotkey post above, then you can just /bcga //cwtn mode 0 to use eqbc to have everyone in your group including yourself go into manual mode

you can also look at MQ2Boxr if you're running...

So been playing with mq2 for almost a month now and my biggest hurdle is not knowing the programming language very well however Sic and team have done a great job in both making mq2 helpful and being vigilant with problem support. Thanks up front.

if i can get some assistance with my current issues , thanks a million.

1.Im currently building sk cleric team as u know a real tank and healer is the only way togo, but in the meantime my mage is my most decorated toon so i use him as tank for most of my grouping. Issue one is ( mage, tank, all others assist)? Is what i e had best success but issue is if not a static camp and need to move, ie doing hunters. Currently i have to go to each toon put them on mode zero and use follow me. Then /campon?? And start grind again. Is there an easier way say like mage leader hits one button which all toons goto mode zero then at new camp hit hot key that sets team up in fight mode? Pretty sure for coders this is easy task but im not that guy. Hot key for this scenario please…
2nd. Led my sk cleric chanter berzerker and mink team in dungeon last night and was like lightbulb when ran all but tank in chase mode, most satisfying to say the least but cant figure out how to make quick hotkeys to say group camp here monky is pulling to group. Again sorry im slow on prog language, ive reviewed sics startup and hot keys, camping and moving but my chit doesnt work. Lol thanks again for all you guys go worth every copper.

are you asking cwtn questions since you mentioned mode 0?

all of the cwtn plugins have a chasemode, mode 2, which is what you would want to use if they were following a character around.

there is a video guide and hotkeys you can copy and paste to do what you're asking for. I know you said you reviewed it but it is explained :(

if you want your whole team to go mode 0, you can use the aforementioned hotkeys that i explain in the guide / video / hotkeys for "camp off"

to answer your "/campon" question directly - no, that is not a cwtn plugin command.

Ok thanks, i will move forward with your response to my question. Im pretty sure that with time i will make a working solution, and i know you’ve put alot of time and energy into the cwtn plugs. I will make it work. Thanks again, “go forth do great things”

Here is the "how i move my toons around" guide.
some of the hotkeys/buttons are a little different and cleaner these days, but this will get you started.

> Here are my hotkeys <

if you set them up, from your mage you could /cwtn mode 2 and the rest of your team would go into chasemode, and chase your designated MA

Got another question, if i run or crawl with mage as ma and hot key for my other cwtn to follow with chase mode, what mode do i run ma in while fighting and then moving to next location? Sictank?

When moving I usually always change MA mode to 0 (clear camp) and then to Vorpal (can't remember mode number lol). SicTank mode works as well but if switched to a tanking type mode it reverts the camp back to the original location that SicTank was started and MA takes off running with possible bad outcomes lol.

swapping yourself to vorpal as the tank does nothing unless someone else is the MA. vorpal is an assist mode that just doesn't set a camp to return to.

i move around in sictank mode and then resetcamp when i get there (like mentioned in the guides/hotkeys etc). swapping from 1 tank mode to another would in-fact, keep your existing camp as you mentioned, but you can use resetcamp to reset it to where you are

I am using mq2enchanter, mq2mage, mq2bst, mq2cleric, mq2eskay. My sk is my main that I control. How do I switch the modes for everyone without leaving my main character. I mostly use chase mode and would like to switch mode after everyone logs in. I have macro to auto create the party.

Hot Keys easy enough

INI:
EQBCS Example
/bct Enchantertoonname //enc mode #

Dannet Example
/dex Enchantertoonname /enc mode #

Just Replace the toonname with the name of your toon and the mode number with the mode you want to use
you can put one toon on each line of a hotkey and call the hotkey Chase Mode or something.

1. refer to Sic's hotkey resource (https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/sics-hotkeys.1150/)
2. contained within the resource he creates some aliases, he calls his /cwtn and /cwtna, i just use one which works for the classes I run and plugins I own
Code:
/chat = /if (${Me.Class.ShortName.NotEqual[RNG]}) /docommand /${Me.Class.ShortName}
3. then you can create hotkeys like 'All Chase' /dgge /chat mode 2 (or for EQBC user /bcg //chat mode 2) which refers to the alias that simplifies the hotkey commands
4. you can create another hotkey that reverts to default (manual or vorpal) with the action statement being /dgge /chat mode 3

Kn7,

Please ensure you're posting in the correct location, the CWTN has an entire forum sub-section just for CWTN stuff

There is a sticked thread with a bunch of information and guides in it regarding the cwtn plugins

> Getting Started With The CWTN Plugins <

which includes a video guide on your question as well as a link to:

> Sic's Hotkeys < Which will show you how to set up aliases like /cwtn so you can /cwtna mode 0 or /cwtna pause on
