Problem - (Custom-ish) spell wont cast

I am playing on Lazarus and there's a spell called Blood of Yoppa which is a DoT but some Laz DoT's are a bit different because they trigger another spell instead. Or something. Anyway KA will cast anything I want perfectly except for that spell. And yet in GoM section it casts it no problem.

Maybe this is a bug or something? Either way I wonder if you can cast a spell by ID or something instead? I tried Command:/cast 1 but it didn't seem to work.
