Problem - Cursor going to chat when I change windows (1 Viewer)

I am having a problem with my cursor going to the chat window whenever I change windows. I not sure if it is an MQ issue or not, but I am hoping someone has an easy answer.
i am at my wits end with it and haven't been able to find the answer in all of the internets and any help would be Greatly appreciated.
