Question - Creator level vs level 2 content

Hi all,

So my paid redcent level 2 access ran out today and blocks me for seeing level 2 content even that I'm a creator.
Should I just buy the level 2 access or should it not be included in level 3 as creator?

For my understanding lvl 3 is a free flag provided for your effort to create useful content.
Lvl 2 is a paid subscription. Both are indipendent from each other.

I know but like @Dragonslayer I though level 3 had level 2 included. If I'm suppose to pay its fine. I just wanted to know and its not a bug
