You can still do individual ones if you wanted. ie to find if you have a corpse just /consent joe and it will send a message to joe that he has been given permission to drag your corpse in whatever zone its in
Or if some random stranger stops by and wants to drag your corpse to you. Just don't take the candy

I did have the case on one account out of 12 that had it automatically set to false. No idea how this happened for just 1 char.
I had to manually go in and edit that character's ini file with =1 instead of =0.
The file is: CharName_ServerName.ini
The settings are:

AutoConsentGroup=1
AutoConsentRaid=1
AutoConsentGuild=1
