Conflagrant is 106 - 110, so F2P TBM/EoK can't wear it in case you were curious

As long as you are 106 you can wear it - no flagging or any other requirements

Smithing, Jewelery, Tailoring, Jewelcraft, Pottery, Fletching

Many pieces are super cheap, however

110 came with RoS.

Best bet on those f2p accounts is probably going to be the Amorphous Cohort Armor. You can farm up a full set pretty quickly in FM.

First, he does not have the expansion for 106+...

Second, you don't need to 'do one month' to get 106+ if he owned the expansion.

Levels are never restricted for f2p accounts only locked by expansion access

105 - EoK T1 no-trade armor = 3900 hp gear
105 - Glowing Seb armor (HH Old Seb - summer Hardcore Heritage event but tradable, Bazaar) = 4200 hp gear
106 - Conflagrant armor/gear (RoS player made) = 4600 hp gear

All are non-prestige, so available to FTP accounts if you're the correct level. From this post

I have so much f'n Seb gear laying around from farming the shit out of that a few years ago that I really should just deck everyone out and be done with it. Of note, the non-vis items with huge heroic stamina numbers is great for rounding out F2P or other alts.
