I ended up resolving this myself, but wanted to post this in case someone else hits this in the future.
CLR was set to use Syllable of Mending when GOM procs, so that my group could get a nice heal and the bonus of Templar's Synergy II effect.
When I watched GOM proc, either 105 or 110, the output from KA did not seem to notice it or put a message about the GOM event. Tried a few different things, and ultimately noticed this on my CLR:
I don't currently use any nukes, stuns, or contraventions, so I just tested flipping DPS on with a 2 just to get the Yaulp I had set there in the event of my Cond7 occurring.
Right after doing this, sure enough I started seeing outputs for GOM events while KA was running. Makes sense to tie it to DPS since it's used a lot by casters, but I thought it was interesting how a CLR that solely heals, and procs GOM from heals, won't make use of GOM settings when they are configured if they have their DPS off. I didn't notice that when digging through the KA macro; I just thought maybe the regex was off or something, but would assume that would be heavily reported. Glad it was something so simple! Hope this resolves anyone else having a similar problem or seeing similar behavior.
