Good news is Ice Encrusted does have more AC and Damage... so hopefully they will still have a market vs new T3 stuff. Granted the new weapons have nearly 1k more hp, so its a toss up

Presumably there'll be more ultra rares in this one, which should be ToV raid level... just like Ice Encrusted is TBL raid level

Big question for me is will they add more chase loot with type 18/19 slots? Probably too early to know at this point I guess.
