Question - Charactor jut droping, screen closen

I use very vanilla, and have undated to next, toons will lock up, or just close the window, any idea why?

Is your computer fully windows updated?

What do you mean "or close the window" you mean you have to close their window because they are frozen or it disappears?

Are you getting any crash popups?
