Was botting all day and eventually they were all over the place and died because everyone was split up in and out of camp and all line of sight of mobs n shit. Any idea why or how to stop it

1) is your return to camp on?
2)Is your camp radius maybe to large?
3)Do you have ScatterOn, on?

It is possible that these variables could make issues.

ah return to camp wasn't on will try that ty. is 30 good for camp size or should I do smaller?

I'd recommend not turning it on in the kissassist ini but rather before you go afk just broadcast

/returntocamp on

to all your characters. If you turn it on in the INI it'll be on -ALL- the time and when you leave that camp location if you forget to turn it off it'll fuck with you when you go to move your characters and look super botty.

Also do 100 camp radius or so, 100 sounds a lot bigger than it actually is and the reason you want it marginally bigger is because when they get outside of their camp radius by a large margin they don't return to it anymore. IE, say you're camped at the northern end of the zone but bound at the southern end - if you die when you respawn you won't run back to your camp or even try to. Just remember that if you don't turn it on in the KA INI that each time you turn kissassist off and on again you'll need to type /returntocamp on to activate it

CampExceed is designed to prevent that... I do a lot of tight quarters camps and I have my toons campradius set to 10 aka don't fucking move.

Also this is where you need to get on the EQBC boat... /bcaa //camphere 1 or /bcaa //camphere 0 ... easy toggles to freely toggle between returning/following

In this instance I could just as easily broadcast the command with ISboxer; I'd actually have to type LESS outside of EQBC =P

That aside though I have actually decided to learn EQBC recently due to the fact that I wanna use some of the more botty-like macros that are based around it!

In my experience it's as simple as remembering to turn off returntocamp prior to your characters moving. If you try and turn it off once they're already running towards the follow character they'll fight you and keep wanting to return to their original camp radius/location.

As aforementioned this issue is easily avoided by turning off returntocamp before moving but alas not everyone remembers shit like this before hitting their follow macros =X

Yea I love isboxer I've used it for years to multi-box WoW... I just don't see the need in EQ with EQBC / macros / custom events... in a game like WoW there is no otherway around it.
The real power around EQBC is I've written my own set of code that monitors my toons from outside the game I can do more with / slackbot integration etc... example: I get a push notice to my phone you sent me a tell I can reply via slack and you get the tell like I'm at the keyboard talking to you real time.

I have isboxer but also would like to learn to use eqbc I'll have to give it a try. I've mostly just used macroquest for showing mobs on map and basic combat so all the afk tools/6box tools are new to me. Definitely a learning curve for me tryin to figure all this shit out but been having some fun with me I just need to improve a few things and get my overall group dps higher. Running sk/clr/ench/bst/mage/wiz and over a 6-8hr run group averages abount 20-30kdps. The beast helped a lot so that my casters dnt rly run out of mana now (I was running a shaman previously). But still I feel I could do better and when I eventually take my group to EoK I'm sure I'll have to.
