Problem - Chanter Wont Mezz

[J1939]

When playing today, I noticed pretty quickly that my chanter was not mezzing. I did not change anything, I downloaded the update and started playing.

He buffs and does everything else as always, the only thing is that he no longer mezzes.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I was going to put in my2 cents then I saw

 MezMinLevel=30
 MezMaxLevel=60
 MezStopHPs=80

and figured this was a tlp server issue so my answer would be unwanted.... I can tell you my 3 chanters on live are all mezzing perfectly fine, so its a tlp thing or check your levels and ranges from your code

oh try turning on dps and adding any spell to that, there is a known issue with mezzing not working if there is no dps section active....

I'm on TLP and as of today chanter won't mez either. I'm done playing for he night but I will try your suggested change tomorrow and report back

I'm playing on TLP and my enchanter mezzes fine.

Are you grouped with your tank?

Also, try the dps thing mentioned, mine is set to rash npcs so maybe dpson=1 has to be set with a spell.

I had this problem with my bard. Added DPS and it fixed it.

Add tash as dps, turn dps section on. And try if he mezzes.

My tlp chanter still mezz

I had the same problem.

Just add DPS=1 and it will work. No need to add a spell in the dps section just turn DPS=1.

I posted this in another thread and Maskoi wrote he will take a look at it!

Strange. Encountered this problem tonight as well. I have DPS=1 on casting Tash and Slow. He just chills while their are many adds in camp. Not sure why.

Do try a /kisscheck while KA is running then end mac and then scroll up in the MQ2 chat window and see if it shows any errors ... If you have something misspelled or misspunctuated it will show up as you not having spell/AA/Disc.
Sometimes simple errors when upgrading to new spells will cause major issues..

If everything is good there, try creating a NEW MQ2 folder and rerunning the updater with the newest vanilla compile to the new folder. Sometimes just getting a "fresh" copy clears up alot of issues.
