Changing name and birthdate? (1 Viewer)

Is there any workaround known how to change your given- and surname and also birthdate you entered while registering your (station-)account for the first time?

It seems it's what soe checks while validating move-requests (between servers and / or accounts).

changed everything possible where possible - but just received an email from soe using the former name entered while creating account - so they save this information somewhere else and while you are able to enter names and birthdate during accountcreation - you cannot change these fields after (at least i don't know how to).

this is something i would also be interested in, i already was able to reset the secret question, but would like to know this info for server transfer requests.

How did you reset the secret question? I need to reset a password, the orig owner is long gone - trying to find a way to do it to feel safer.

Haven't tested it in the last week or so.... but haven't seen anything that stats it got nerfed.
