Question - cant request quests

since last patch i am unable to get missions, i go through the key words and it prompts me to say ready to zone in like i have the quest but nothing happens.
is anyone else having this problem? also certain zones in guild portal wont work.
ive rebooted several times, made sure everything is updated.

done it 2 or 3 times and still wont work, the standard guild hall works fine though,

I was having the same issue in a Palatial Hall..I put it in my bags then placed it again. No troubles since.

OP are you on test?

right now on test server all instanced zones are being a little batty

sometimes they load and other times i've had to wait 5-10 mins ... and same with guildhall ... whether its standard or custom sometimes one loads the other wont ...

instance overall is batty, request mission, wait 40s then say keyword to enter
"way is blocked, maybe if you had a reason" <- get that message, indicator that instance server doesn't know you have the mission, last month they had to increase the instance server limits.

My opinion they lowered the limits again to save pennies.

The title of the thread and the first statement tell me they don't even GET the quest, muchless able to enter it afterwards. Which is it?
