Problem - Can't get NPC's to respond to me (1 Viewer)

Ok. I can't figure it out, need some help.

3 Characters - trying to talk to NPC to go into a Mission. NPC will not interact with them at all.
Details

• Could talk to / interact with NPC's prior to patch
• Looked at a bunch of Plugins/Macros during the forever long patch day from the handy dandy vote on the best post
• Clicked a few of the plugins from the Reqguides update based on my review of the plugins (no I don't really remember which ones), I know I added the radar
• I did an unload of MQ2 and the NPC would still not talk to me (let me into the instance)
• I had to exit out of eq, close down mq2, reload eq without mq2 to get the npc to talk to me and let me in the instance
• I reran the update today
• Got this message today - Could Not Find Damage Parser Log please load defaultSkin so I ran that command

Not sure what else I can provide to help but I need help.

This happened to me the other day, but I was waaay over thinking it - my toons were all invis /bcga //makemevisible to the rescue

Apperantly there is a known issue with mq2hud and mq2radar causing this issue. Had the same problem unloaded them and the npcs would work again.
