Request - Can't get EQ to update (1 Viewer)

Started EQ from the DB launcher to get the new update and this keeps popping up, won't let me get the update.
Tried with several accounts.
Can't download the game files either.

Did you install from a fresh EQ download? its a necroreply but I'll help regardless.
