Tech - Cancel subscription

Been trying to cancel subscription... but keeps referring me to my papal.. Please help!

Don't want to step on any toes here but I think if you have a recurring subscription thru PayPal then you can cancel thru PayPal which could be why it keeps telling you to go to PayPal
