Question - Can not get connection in game

Going to admit I am a newbie here and need help bad. I followed the videos on installing and got the game working. i logged off shut computer down and came back later. Now I can not get connection in game. I can get EQ to load through app but once in i get the message attached in game. What I'm I doing wrong here? It will not connect in game. I'm not the most computer savy person so any help would be greatly appreciated.

you tryin to connect all on one PC or multiple PCs? right click the RG icon in taskbar and "start eqbc chat server" then click standalone if on one computer
