Question - Can I put a combat ability in heal section?

I want to trigger the combat ability weaponshield on my ranger when he is at 10% health... how would this look and where would it go please?

I've also seen combat stuff in Heals and if you add |tap KA stays on the current target when it casts.

Heals1=Weaponshield|10|tap
