With the campfires having stat buff via empowered fellowships, do these stats stack with the guild banners buff? Also, with fellowships being up to 12 people, would one campfire give all 12 members the buff if they all were close enough to the campfire all at once?

We found this out last w/e during a mean streets raid when a tank placed a campfire by a Jack. It over rode the new guild banner. But the good news was with proper placement in the zone, the new banner covered all 4 Jacks. The old one may have as well, I'm not sure, but it was a nice add to the raid so I figured I'd share.
