Question - Box crew Inventory Management HELP PLEASE

Good morning all.
I was wondering if you knew of a Lua that I can use to browse/search my box's Inventory (24 characters}
I'm using gearlink to manage their equipped items, which is amazing.
I don't want to search by specific name, more like a filter by slot/stat function, or browse window.
I need to see what characters have what items in their inventory to give to the others, this includes equipment and spell scrolls etc.
Any tips would be appreciated.

I use Gearly (Lua script), Google Sheets, and Jira to keep up with my 30 toons.

It doesn't get easy until you make tools to help yourself.

could probably self-manage this to a degree by using /outputfile inventory and pasting the results into a google sheet. it wont get you exactly what you're wanting but it may be something for now

Jira? The ticketing system? I suppose it makes sense as a tasking/todo list sort of thing, I'm just interested in how you use it that Sheets wouldn't do the same. I am very intrigued, please elaborate.

If you haven't tried /status, I find it super helpful.

For instances:

/dgae /status item blue diamond

will search the inventory of all accounts for blue diamond.

I just use mq2autoloot and loot almost everything on the tank. Items I want to pass out to grp I set to NV on tank and AN on others. When the tank inventory gets full I then use the Lua parcel to send all the TS to my crafter to place in his TS depot. I also use the macro inventorycleanup and my loot.ini settings to delete all the items I find worthless. So I basicly only have to manage the inventory of my tanks. They all have 44-50 slot bags so about every few days I have to drop off gear in the guild loot houses or tribute it.
