Whats the best way to move a group around while moving up a spot in heroics and/or clearing multiple camps? I am playing the MA and not afk exp'ing so Im just curious how to command a group to execute a macro remotely from the MA or just do it automaticly. Also wanting to try my hand at some progression on old content and moving a group without having to switch between 6 toons would be handy.

Use EQBC

Then do /bcg //target WhoeverIsMA
then /bcg //stick 15

then whenever you're done, just do /bcg //stick off

For reference

I dont use EQBC. I just stick to the basic kissassist and have chassassist=1. Your toons will follow MA and cast/follow you just fine :)

You can get fancy and use other stuff, which I'm sure does help. But kissassist really is the ultimate tool.

Chase is fine if you just want your group to follow you the entire time but if you want to set up various camps while pulling to clear an area then Chase will be a pain in the ass. It all depends on what your goals are. For controlling multiple accounts from 1 window, EQBC is King.

The best way to move a group is to move your mage, then coth the rest. I also have a couple mages stashed in farming spots, since leveling to coth with bone chips used to be stupidly easy. If running through a dangerous area I usually just play the MA and leave the rest in kissassist with chaseon. Otherwise, the already stated EQBC //target ${Me.CleanName} //pause 20 //stick on a macro works pretty well.

When group coth the group, don't have assisting toons using return to camp as a rule. Else they will just abandon u and run back to camp loc where they started the ka macro. Just friendly developer advice

Kissassist command /chase to toggle on and off "chase" works well for me - make a macro button for each toon takes even less time to turn it off and on.

use EQBC and make the following hotbuttons on one your manually playing

HB1 =
Rich (BB code):
/bcg //chaseon
HB2=
Rich (BB code):
/bcg //chaseoff

only problem with this is if they are medding or buffing toon wi ll wait till all buffs done or mana is at lvl in ini (90%)

when setting up MQ2EQBC it does not find a server. in the Wiki is shows
Rich (BB code):
    /bccmd connect <server> <port> <password>

Connect to server on port using password (defaults: 127.0.0.1 2112). Note: Once you connect, it will remember that connection, so next time you just have to type: /bccmd connect

This has me confused. what do I type to setup the server?

You just need to start EQBCS.exe for the server to run. Then in-game type /bccmd connect 127.0.0.1 2112 ,if the server is on the same pc. Change the 127.0.0.1 to the IP address of the computer the server is on if it is on a different pc.

Btw, is there an way to minimize the server window to the systemtray or hide it complete ?
