Hey im new to to this and wanted to know were the best place to farm gold woul be for my lvl31 Night elf hunter???

Shimmering Flats maybe...

Go move into Tahonda Crater and grind the crocs there. Then skin them and sell the leather or make things to sell, if you are a skinner. They drop good lootz there too.
